Lara Pupim, MD, MSCI

Lara brings 20 years of industry experience from global pharma and biotech companies, including Amgen, Novo Nordisk and Bristol-Myers Squibb. She has overseen development programs from Phase I to Phase III in several therapeutic areas (Nephrology, Transplantation, Rheumatology/ Immunology).

Most recently, Lara was VP of Clinical Development at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, overseeing Phase I-III trials in the Immunology space, including GCA, Prurigo Nodularis, and RA indication.

Prior to that, Lara held positions of increasing responsibilities at Bristol Myers Squib, where she spent 8+ years specializing in Immunology/Autoimmune Diseases and Phase I/II/III trials.

Dr. Pupim is a board-certified physician in Nephrology from Taubate University in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation and Nephrology Clinical Research Fellowship from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
