Tosh brings nearly 30 years of leadership experience from global pharma and biotech companies, including AstraZeneca, GSK, and Sanofi where he built and led global teams across several therapeutic areas. He has led commercial and clinical development teams to launch products in both primary and specialty care, with biologics in respiratory and immunology, including FASENRA® (benralizumab), TEZSPIRE® (tezepelumab), and SAPHNELO® (anifrolumab).
Prior to joining Navigator, Tosh’s leadership roles included President of Idorsia Pharmaceuticals, Executive VP/Chief Operating Officer at ChemoCentryx, and SVP of Latin America at AstraZeneca and prior to this SVP of Respiratory/Immunology for AstraZeneca.
At ChemoCentryx, Tosh led the company’s portfolio management, playing a significant role in building the development and launch strategy until its successful acquisition by Amgen for $3.7B.
Tosh is a UK-qualified pharmacist with an MBA from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from University of Brighton.
